You may only use this Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this Site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
This Site is to be used by You for Your personal use only. Commercial uses of this Site are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent from SAL RIVIERA has been granted. Hotel Reservations

The reservations feature of the Site is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel related services and products and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with such Conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for your use of the Site including without limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether authorized by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation payment of all moneys due under such terms or conditions.
The Site contains details of hotel charges and room rates (including any available SPECIAL PROMOTIONS) for hotels and resorts owned & managed by SAL RIVIERA. Hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the Site and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions. No contract will subsist between you and SAL RIVIERA or any of its affiliates in respect of any services or products offered through the Site unless and until SAL RIVIERA accepts your order by e-mail or automated confirmation through the Site confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking. Any other relevant terms and conditions relating to particular services or products are set out in the Site. You undertake that all details you provide to in connection with any services or products which may be offered by SAL RIVIERA on the Site (including hotel room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. SAL RIVIERA reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you with any services or products.

Security & Non Confidentiality

SAL RIVIERA does not warrant and cannot ensure the security or confidentiality of any information which you transmit to SAL RIVIERA. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to SAL RIVIERA is transmitted at your own risk.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• SAL RIVIERA assures you that your personal information shall not be permitted to be used/disclosed, save for the purpose of doing the intended business with you, or if required to be disclosed under the due process of law.
• SAL RIVIERA assures you that in the event of your personal information being shared with its subsidiaries, business associates etc., such sharing of information shall be for the purpose of doing the intended business with you.
• SAL RIVIERA reserves its rights to collect, analyze and disseminate aggregate site usage patterns of all its visitors with a view to enhancing services to its visitors. This includes sharing the information with its subsidiaries, and business associates as a general business practice.

Reservation Policy

• Check-In time is 12 noon and Check-Out Time is 10 a.m.
• If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
• Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
• Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
• The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travelers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
• We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods. The needs to be cleared separately.
• Breakfast timings are 7:30 – 10:30 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.

Cancellation Policy/Retention Policy

• The cancellation 30 Days To 15 Days prior shall draw 50% retention.
• The cancellation 15 Days To 07 Days prior shall draw 75% retention.
• The cancellation 07 Days To date of arrival prior shall draw 100% retention.
• Cancellation Policy for High Peak Season period (21/12/2017 – 10/01/2018) will be Non-refundable bookings.

Check – in / Check-out policy

• The check – in and check – out timings are 12:00 hrs. / 10:00 hrs. respectively.
• Late check – out and early check – in are subject to availability and on additional charge.

Early Check-in 6:00 am are billed from the previous night

• Before 06:00 hrs. shall be charged 100% of the applicable rate.
• Between 06:00 – 10:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of the applicable rate.
• Between 10:00 – 14:00 hrs. without any charges but room subject to availability.

Note : All Refund Transfer charges shall be charged from guest account, If any.

Amendment Policy

• Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
• Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
